This four hour course teaches the necessary topics and techniques required to apply for a non-resident Utah Concealed Firearms pistol permit. Learn the fundamentals of firearms handling and safety, concealed carry tips and the Utah and Federal USC laws and regulations. Upon successful completion of the course you will receive a State of UTAH CFP course completion instructor's stamped application, a CD of the course material for home reference and an FBI fingerprint card. Course fee: $120.
No other state pistol permit is required to take this course.
Please be aware that the Utah permit is not valid in a number of New England states. However, many permit holders from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and other New England states do possess the Utah multi-state permit for present and future needs.

HF LearnSafety Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule a class ten (10) or more days prior to the class date at no charge. If cancellation occurs nine (9) to five (5) days prior to the class date, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the class price. You are responsible for paying 100% of the class price if you cancel four (4) days or less prior to the class date. Refunds will be issued if the seat is refilled, or if due to a serious documented medical emergency, an appropriate medical letter is provided directly by your physician or a hospital emergency room doctor to us. All refunds will incur a $10 processing fee.
